Currently under construction, this five star seven story hotel development is located at Riverwalk in Savannah's historic district. It will have restaurants on the first floor, parking on second and third floors, and hotel units on the fourth floor and above. The design has taken into account the location and preservation guidelines in order to create a building that melds into its environment.
