This forty-eight unit condominium development is spread across four buildings on Bay Street, which serves as the nerve center for Savannah. This project is part of a larger development encompassing two city blocks and includes sites for a future hotel, two office buildings and a 500 vehicle parking deck. The development includes two buildings which are going to be fully renovated and two buildings that will be new construction. Construction began in late 2005.
